    1996年毕业于北京体育大学运动系，本科，学士学位，游泳专项。

    17年教龄。承担过游泳、健美操、排球、篮球等项目的教学工作。高级游泳教员、游泳一级裁判员。

    现任北京大学游泳协会指导教师。

    1、担任北京市高校游泳协会副秘书长；

    2、被北京市教委聘为普通高等学校招生高水平运动员游泳项目测试评委；

    1、2001年荣获北京大学优秀教学奖“岗松奖”。

    2、2009荣获北京大学教学优秀奖。

    3、被北京市大学生体育协会评为优秀教练员。

    publication

    1、作为第一执笔人完成了《体育场所开放条件与技术要求第10部分：潜水场所》的制定，该标准已于国家质量监督检验检疫局、国家标准化管理委员会于2005年1月颁布，2005年6月开始实施。

    2、2005年4月参与国家教委《全国高等学校公共体育示范性教材：游泳》的编写，我负责其中的一章。

    3、2005年12月主编了北京大学游泳视频教材。
