The 8th Peking University Humanities and sports high level forum was successfully held

On October 22, the "8th Peking University Humanities and sports high level forum" jointly sponsored by Peking University Humanities and sports research base and Peking University Sports Teaching and research department opened smoothly. With the theme of "sports principles and policies in the new era", the forum invited more than 100 people from the General Administration of sports, the Ministry of education and other government departments, well-known scholars, world champions and star coaches, business executives and media figures. Jointly display the research results in the form of "keynote report + high-level dialogue" on the four core topics of "sports power", "national fitness and healthy China", "integration of sports and education" and "2022 Winter Olympics and China's ice and snow sports", and provide a platform to share academic views, so as to provide reference for the formulation of national sports policies in the future.

At 9 a.m., the main forum of the forum was grandly held in the second gymnasium of Yanjing School of Peking University, presided over by Qian Junwei, director of physical education teaching and Research Department of Peking University and deputy director of humanistic sports research base of Peking University.

An Yufeng, deputy secretary of pKU Party Committee, director of PKU Humanities and Sports Research Base and secretary of the Party Branch directly under the PE Teaching and Research Department, delivered the first special report of this forum after the participants watched a short film reviewing the 18 years of development history of pKU Humanities and Sports Research Base. AnYuFeng with "Beijing university teaching practice and future outlook of integration" as the theme, from xi jinping, discusses about the integration of sport general secretary, Peking University are summarized to explore measures to promote the development of body teaching fusion, including the introduction of outstanding professional athletes, training a number of international and national judges and scientific research cooperation, and make further prospect for the future, That is to intensify efforts to build high-level representative teams, jointly establish the institute of Sports and education integration with the General Administration of Sport of China, carry out colorful campus sports activities and actively participate in sports management social practice.

Then, the high-end round table dialogue of the main forum was carried out under the auspices of Professor Zhong Bingshu of Capital Institute of Physical Education. The panellists for the discussion and dialogue were Chen Hongjie, professor of the School of Education, Peking University; Wang Jun, former Deputy Director of the General Administration of Sport of China; Ao Yingfang, honorary Director of the Institute of Sports Medicine, Peking University; and Chen Gong, director of the Institute of Population Research, Peking University.

Zhong bingshu took "the impact of the epidemic on their respective fields", "the functions of sports under the normal situation of the epidemic" and "how to deal with the policy" as the host ideas of the roundtable dialogue, and invited the above four guests to express their opinions from the aspects of population, education, medicine and sports industry respectively.

Ao yingfang pointed out: "The epidemic has had a great impact on all aspects of the whole human society, both negative impact, human survival and social development, international exchanges and new opportunities, such as promoting the protection, prevention and control, epidemic prevention and treatment of the entire human race, as well as the rapid progress in the rehabilitation work."

Wang Jun believes that "competitive sports let us better study the functional changes of the human body under the challenge of physiological limits of special sports, so as to promote the upward development of the functions of our normal groups. Therefore, competitive sports has a positive role, not just winning gold medals".

 

Chen Hongjie stressed: "sports is a game. Human beings have an instinctive impulse to play. In the game, they can get a complete self realization, 'fun'!"

Chen Gong said: "the epidemic will eventually pass, and we should respond to changes with invariance. We should respect the law of sports development, serve the major needs of the country, base ourselves on a healthy community, and achieve the 'four modernizations', that is, the accuracy of services, the friendliness of society, the socialization of sports life, and the human culture of research and practice". Throughout the dialogue, the host and the four guests made frequent witty remarks, which won applause and praise from the audience. Finally, Zhong BINGSHU cited the "Olympic Games are a celebration of hope" by Mr. Tan Desai, director general of the World Health Organization, as the summary of the round table dialogue, and believed that sports development under the normalization of epidemic situation is to provide hope for people and is an idea change and strategic trend.

After a tea break, Dong Erdan, academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering, made a special report entitled "integration of sports and health and healthy China". From the perspective of sports and health integration in national strategy, he combed and summarized the development process of sports and health integration. Then, from the perspective of talent training and practical exploration, taking the supply of rehabilitation talents, the preparation of rehabilitation University and the "five in one" of Yanyuan street of Peking University as examples, this paper discusses and explains the integration of sports and health. Finally, academician Dong Erdan hopes to continue to carry out the top-level design of "great health", "great health" and "great sports", the training of compound sports medical talents and the construction of "sports health integration" health promotion service platform in the future.

Finally, fan Daiming, academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering, made a report on the theme of "Integrating Medicine, from medical knowledge to medical epistemology". Fan academician first introduced the concept of integrated medicine from the example of hypertension and diabetes. He believed that integrating sports should be integrated into the field of medicine. He emphasized that integration and integration were different, that is, the former is active while the latter is passive. Then he thought that the future development of medicine needed to turn, put forward the concept of natural force, and interpreted it from seven aspects: autonomous generation force, self coupling force and spontaneous repair force. During the whole speech, academician fan solicited extensive quotations, rich cases and humor, and won bursts of laughter and applause on the spot.

At 12 noon, the opening ceremony and main forum of the 8th Peking University Humanities and sports high level forum ended with warm applause.
